When you message us via WhatsApp, your communications are delivered using WhatsApp infrastructure provided by WhatsApp/Meta. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies and terms.

Independently, Wiser Sapiens may securely store and process the information you provide to deliver support, fulfill Services, and manage business communications as described herein.

• A) WhatsApp Messaging Data: Phone number, profile metadata, message contents, and interaction timestamps.
• B) Customer/Inquiry Information: Full name, corporate email, company, geographic location, quotation inquiries, and support requests.
• C) Technical and Security Logs: Access logs, IP addresses, and security audit trails.
• D) Integrated System Data: Data synchronized through CRM, ERP, or automated integration workflows.

We inform you clearly and in advance regarding the purpose of data processing, recipients, existence of data banks, identity of the data controller, cross-border transfers, and retention schedules.

Reply "STOP" or "BAJA" via WhatsApp at any time to opt out of commercial communications.

13) Deletion Instructions

To request data erasure, send an email titled "Delete my data" including your WhatsApp phone number and relevant identifiers.

14) International Data Transfers

We implement adequate technical and contractual safeguards whenever personal data is processed outside Peru.

15) Security & Incident Response

We deploy robust technical and organizational security measures. Reportable security incidents will be communicated within statutory deadlines (48 hours).

16) Protection of Minors

We do not intentionally collect or process personal data from individuals under 18 years of age.
